Information we receive

When you submit the proposal form or register to download the dossier, the details you enter are sent by email to info@bethmatronic.com. The website does not store them in a database of its own. When you subscribe to the professionals program, your email app opens and we only receive the information if you choose to send it.

The data we receive is what you enter: company name, RIF (Venezuelan tax ID), industry, organization and project type, estimated scope, email and phone number.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare proposals, send you the corporate dossier, schedule site surveys and deliver the contracted service.

If you authorize it in the professionals form, we will send you emails about courses, new products and promotions. You can ask us to stop sending them at any time.

How we protect it

Multiservicios Bethmatronic, C.A. will not sell, transfer or distribute your personal information without your consent, unless required to do so by a court order.
